Shipping Policy

Shipping costs for smaller items may be calculated at checkout.

For larger, fragile, higher-value, or specialty works, shipping will be arranged and quoted separately by HASLAUER following purchase inquiry or order confirmation.

All shipments are coordinated by HASLAUER or its designated shipping partners to ensure professional packing, handling, and full insurance coverage throughout transit.

Orders are released only after full payment has been received and cleared.

Estimated shipping times are provided as a courtesy and may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond the gallery’s control.

International buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a shipment arrives damaged, the buyer must notify HASLAUER in writing within 72 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging. Photographic documentation of both the artwork and the packaging is required to facilitate any insurance claim.
